He did not have authorization to remove their 52 inch TV, lap top computer and to transfer $490.00 from their bank account. Post Miranda John Paul Baxendale admitted to transferring the money, taking the TV and computer and selling them without his parent’s permission. John Paul Baxendale was transported to Hernando County Jail. |
