| Comments: | According to official documents Cummings was 13 years old when he was convicted in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 10/23/1991 of one count of Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to 15 days detention. He participated in sex offender treatment as a result of this conviction. The victim in this case was a four year old known female. Cummings sexually assaulted this victim after following her into the bathroom. On 10/12/1992 Cummings was convicted in the same court of one count of Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to 30 to 40 weeks in a Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration facility. The victim in this case was a known four year old male. Cummings sexually assaulted the victim while alone with him in a garage. Cummings participated in sex offender treatment as a result of this conviction. On 04/21/1993 Cummings was convicted in the same court of one count of Third Degree Rape. He was sentenced to 10 to 20 days detention as a result of this conviction. The victim was a known 12 year old male. Cummings sexually assaulted this victim on more then one occasion and bribed him with money to comply with his sexual advances. On 01/06/1994 Cummings was convicted in the same court of two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree. Cummings was sentenced to 60 to 80 weeks in a JRA facility. Victim of count one was an eight year old known female. Victim of count two was a 12 year old known female. In count one Cummings sexually assaulted the victim while alone with her in a garage on more than one occasion. In count two Cummings had peeped on the victim in her residence numerous times. He had also broken into her residence while she was asleep. On one occasion he cut off her underwear and sexually assaulted her while she was sleeping in a tent in her yard. Cummings participated in sex offender treatment as a result of this conviction. Cummings has admitted to a total of 20 victims. Recently Cummings has exhibited inappropriate sexual behavior. His continued deviant behavior shows a continued high risk to the community at large for re-offence. |
