| Comments: | According to official documents Mills was convicted by jury trial on 07/08/1997 in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Rape of a Child in the Second Degree and one count of Possession of Depictions of Minors Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct. He was sentenced to 75 months in prison. These convictions were the result of Mills sexually assaulting the known 13 year old male victim. Mills was hired as a live in babysitter for a 12 year old who was a friend of the victim. Mills would show both boys child pornography that Mills had obtained via the internet. Mills provided the 13 year old victim with alcohol on several occasions and would sexually assault him while the victim was under the influence of the alcohol. Mills also was found in possession of numerous computer disks that contained child pornography. Mills was found non-amenable to sex offender treatment because he denied his offenses. Mills is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
