| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Myers was found guilty by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 05/03/2006 of one count each of Assault Fourth Degree, Third Degree Child Molestation and Tampering with a Witness. He was sentenced to 29 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Myers sexually assaulting the known 14 year old female victim while living with the victim and her mother. Myers would leave sexually explicit notes for the victim and later ask her if she had gotten them. He would take advantage when giving the victim back rubs and begin to sexually fondle her. After a few occurrences, the victim reported the incidents to her mother. After the sexual assaults were reported to law enforcement, Myers continued contact with the victim and her mother leading to the Tampering with a Witness charge. As a result of this investigation Myers was also investigated for inappropriate sexual conduct while using a computer on the internet. It was determined that while online Myers would target females from ages 14 to 21 and initiate conversations with them in chat rooms and on chat lines. During these contacts Myers would invite the females to view his web cam and watch him masturbate. Myers was not charged for this behavior. On 04/13/1982 Myers pled guilty in King County Superior Court, Juvenile Court, to one count of Statutory Rape Second Degree. He was sentenced to 65 weeks with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Myers sexually assaulting the known eight year old female victim and the known nine year old male victim. Myers participated in sex offender treatment during his incarceration for this charge. Myers is no longer on supervision. No contact with victim for life |
