This conviction was the result of Spiropoulos sexually assaulting the unknown 28 year old develpmentally disabled female. The victim was at a friends house in the early morning hours when Spiropoulos arrived with a mutual friend. The victim later agreed to go with Spiropoulos in his car. Spiropoulos drove the victim to an isolated location and sexually assaulted her after she declined his sexual advances. Spiropoulos did not participate in sex offender treatment while in prison.He was not order to go to treatment per his Judgment and Sentence. He is no longer on active supervision. |
