| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Stains pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 07/22/2009 to one count of First Degree Incest (DV). He was sentenced to 15 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Stains sexually assaulting the known adult female victim. The victim had allowed Stains to spend the night at her residence as he had no other place to stay. During the night the victim was awakened by Stains who was grabbing her hands. He then held her down and sexually assaulted her. Stains also pled guilty to Harassment for an earlier incident where he had pushed the same victim into a stove and she fell to the ground. He threatened to kill the victim and another female before he left the residence. Stains did not participate in sex offender treatment while in prison. Recently Stains has made statements of his wishes to abduct women from a trail, take them into bushes where he would physically and sexually assault them with a knife. Stains has acknowledged these thoughts but states he does not want to act on them. Stains is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville Field Unit (360) 658-2150, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions: Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not use , posess, purchase, or consume alcohol Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription.
