| Comments: | In 1997 WILSON was convicted in Lewis County Superior Court of Rape of a Child 3rd Degree. The crime involved him having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old female when he was 18 years old. As a result of that conviction he was sentenced to 16 months in prison with the sentence being suspended so that he could complete sex offender treatment. Because of probation violations the suspension was revoked and he was sent to prison. He was initially released from prison on 11/25/98. In 2003 he was again sentenced to prison for non-sexually related offenses. He was last released from prison on 06/16/05. He has not completed sex offender treatment while in prison or while in the community. Based on his failure to complete treatment and his continued criminal behavior he has been identified as a risk to the community and this notification is required. |
