| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Lewis plead guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 01/07/2011 to one count of Third Degree Rape. He was sentenced to eight months in jail. This conviction was the result of Lewis sexually assaulting the known 16 year old female victim. Lewis and the victim went to an area under a bridge to look for a friend. Once there Lewis kept asking the victim to have sex with him. She told him no at least ten times. Lewis removed the victim's clothing and sexually assaulted her. On 05/27/2004 Lewis plead guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division to one count of Assault in the Fourth Degree with Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to six months of community supervision and 24 hours of community service. This conviction was the result of Lewis, age 12 at the time, fondling the breasts and buttocks of a known peer age female victim. Lewis is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville field office (360) 658-2150, for a period of 12 months and has the following conditions: Do not change treatment provider without prior approval Do not enter bars, taverns, casinos, or lounges or any location where alcohol is the primary item for sale Do not enter sex related business to include X-rated movies Do not have contact with female minors, as directed by the CCO Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not purchase, possess, or view any pornographic material in any form as defined by the treatment provider or the supervising CCO Do not use , posess, purchase, or consume alcohol Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Enter into and successfully complete a sex offender treatment program with a certified sex offender treatment provider Enter into and successfully complete certified chemical dependency treatment program Enter into and successfully participate in counseling programs as directed by community corrections officer Have no contact with other potential victims Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Obey all municipal, county, state, tribal and federal laws Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Submit to polygraph examinations as directed Submit to random urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmographic testing as directed |
