| Narrative: | On 06/15/2012 the Brooksville Police Department became involved in an alleged sexual battery investigation involving a female juvenile victim and her adopted father, Jonathan Outlaw. During the course of this investigation the victim alleged that Jonathan Outlaw had committed more than seven sexual acts upon her during the past five years. During an interview with Outlaw he admitted to being involved in two sexual acts with the victim, but advised she was the initiator of the acts. On 08/10/2012, at the conclusion of their investigation, a warrant had been processed by Detectives for the above charges. On 08/11/2012 Brooksville Police Officers responded to the above listed address. Officers made contact with Outlaw and the warrant was confirmed by dispatch. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is held on $ 20,000 bond. |
