| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Wienker pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 02/08/2006 to one count of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes. He was sentenced to 29 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Wienker sexually assaulting the 14 year old victim who he had met on a telephone chat line. After talking on the telephone a few times the victim agreed to meet Wienker at his apartment. Once there Wienker gave the victim and her friends alcohol. Wienker isolated the victim and at one point held her down to continue the sexual assault. She resisted and was able to get away from him. On 05/22/2000 Wienker pled guilty in Douglas County Superior Court to one count of Rape of a Child in the First Degree and one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was originally charged in Juvenile Court, however he was remanded to Adult Court. He was sentenced to 131 months in prison for count one and 89 months for count two. This sentence was suspended and Wienker was granted a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative and received a six month jail sentence with credit for time served and community based sex offender treatment. This conviction was the result of Wienker sexually assaulting the known four year old female victim and the known nine year old male victim on several occasions. As a result of this conviction Wienker was on community supervision for a period of 10 years. On 11/21/2005 a SSOSA revocation hearing was held regarding violations of supervision including the current offense. Wienker was sanctioned to 11 days in custody and his SSOSA was not revoked.
