PROBATION OFFICER BANNON ADVISED THAT HE HAD A WARRANT FOR VIOLATION OF PROBATION FOR DEFENDANT KENNEDY. PROBATION OFFICER BANNON ASKED DEFENDANT KENNEDY TO STEP OUTSIDE AND AT THAT TIME HE WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR HIS VIOLATION OF PROBATION (VOP) WARRANT. PROBATION OFFICER BANNON ENTERED THE RESIDENCE AND THE DEFENDANT'S ROOM AND LOCATED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: A SYRINGE FILLED WITH A LIQUID, SPOONS, EMPTY BAGGIES, AND A SCALE. ALL THESE ITEMS FIELD TESTED POSITIVE FOR METHAMPHETAMINE. THE PARAPHERNALIA AND METHAMPHETAMINE WAS TURNED OVER TO THIS DEPUTY AND TURNED IN TO EVIDENCE.
