SUBMITTED BY: GREATREX, ROBERT 0287 (AR10117344) did unlawfully enter or remain in a certain conveyance, to-wit: A 2000 MERCURY VAN BEARING TAG NUMBER L821UZ, A 1999 FORD RANGER PICKUP BEARING TAG NUMBER 142WBX, A 2002 F150 PICK UP BEARING TAG NUMBER MORTAL2 AND A 2003 CHEVROLET S10 PICKUP BEARING N875VF, the property of THE VICTIMS, without said person's consent, with the intent to commit an offense therein, to-wit: BURGLARY TO A CONVEYANCE (FOUR COUNTS), and the said conveyanceS was not open to the public at the time, and THE DEFENDANT, MR JORDAN MOORE, was not licensed or invited to enter or remain in said conveyance, in violation of Florida Statute 810.02(4)(B) AND, DID UNLAWFULLY AND KNOWINGLY OBTAIN OR USE, OR ENDEAVOR TO OBTAIN OR USE THE PROPERTY OF THE VICTIMS, MS TANYA EVANOSKI , MR LARRY GAMBLE AND ms joyce trice, TO WIT: ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, MONEY, KEYS, COLOGNE, PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION AND SPORTING GOODS, SAID PROPERTY BEING OF A VALUE OF $300.00 WITH THE INTENT TO EITHER TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY DEPRIVE THE VICTIM OF A RIGHT TO THE PROPERTY OR A BENEFIT THEREOF, OR DID APPROPRIATE THE SAID PROPERTY TO HIS OWN USE OR THE USE OF ANY PERSON NOT ENTITLED THERETO, IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 812.014(3)(a). ON 101310 AT APPROXIMATELY 0900 HOURS I RESPONDED TO THE LECANTO HIGH SCHOOL IN REFERENCE TO A FOLLOW UP TO THIS CASE. IT WAS REPORTED UNDER CASE NUMBERS 10-06-0907 AND 10-06-0192 THAT FOUR VICTIMS REPORTED CONVEYANCE BURGLARIES AND MISSING PROPERTY IN THE LECANTO AREA. THE RESPONDING DEPUTY DID TAKE A BURGLARY REPORTS FOR VICTIM ONE, MS TANYA EVANOSKI, WHO RESIDES AT 2138 WEST MELLINE LANE, IN LECANTO AND WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE 2000 MERCURY VAN BEARING TAG NUMBER L821UZ AND THE 1999 FORD RANGER PICKUP BEARING TAG NUMBER 142WBX. MS EVANOSKI REPORTED THAT UPON HER HUSBAND LEAVING FOR WORK ON 062310, DISCOVERED THERE WERE SEVERAL ITEMS MISSING FROM THE VEHICLE WHICH APPEARED TO BE RANSACKED. LATENT FINGERPRINT PROCESSING WAS COMPLETED ON BOTH VEHICLES. WHILE ON MELLINE LANE IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT VICTIM TWO, MR LARRY GAMBLE, WHO RESIDES AT 2021 WEST MELLINE LANE, IN LECANTO, WAS ALSO MISSING PROPERTY OUT OF HIS 2002 FORD PICKUP BEARING TAG NUMBER MORTAL2 . THE RESPONDING DEPUTY THAT TOOK THE REPORT FOR MS EVANOSKI ALSO TOOK THE REPORT FOR MR GAMBLE. PROCESSING FOR LATENT PRINTS was also completed on his VEHICLE. after these reports were compleTEd this DEPUTY sent a latent fingerprint request to THE CITRUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE evidence department to have the fingerprints compared for any EVIDENTIARY value. the latent fingerprints were sent to the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT (FDLE) crime laboratory. on 092010, i did receive confirmation from the fdle crime laboratory that the latent fingerprints reCovered from MS EVANOSKI's RESIDENCE were a positive match to the DEFENDANT, mr jordan MOORE'S, fingerprints. i then received a letter from the fdle of another positive LATENT fingerprint match to mr moore on 090810 regarding case number 10-06-0192. this case involves ms joyce trice who is the owner of A 2003 chevrolet s10 pickup bearing tag number n875vf. ms trice resides at 2190 brentwood circle, in lecanto. MS TRICE reported on 060510 that her VEHICLE, which was unsecured, noticed ON THAT MORNING she was missing several items from thE VEHICLE. ms trice reported the incident to THE CITRUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE and report number 10-06-0192 was completed. ms trice's VEHICLE was processed for latent fingerprints and was sent to THE fdle crime laboratory for processing. after receiving positive IDENTIFICATION to DEFENDANT moore on both of these cases, DETECTIVE marshall and i RESPONDED to the lecanto high school at 3810 west educational path to make contact with the DEFENDANT. upon arriving at the school WE made contact with the SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER (SRO) along with school administrators. several attempts were made to make contact with the DEFENDANT's mother which was met with NEGATIVE RESULTS. the DEFENDANT being 18 YEARS OF AGE did speAk TO us without the school ADMINISTRATIVE present at his request. DETECTIVE marshall at that time did read the miranda warning via pre printed card to the DEFENDANT. the DEFENDANT stated he understood his rights and agreed to speak with us. DETECTIVE marshall first advised the DEFENDANT that we are investigating both of these cases. the DEFENDANT was advised that his fingerprints were found on several VEHICLEs from the fdle crIme laboratory. the DEFENDANT at that time did admit that he went car hopping over the summer and did enter several vehicles in the lecanto area. but was not sure which VEHICLEs he entered. the DEFENDANT stated he worked alone and did not have anyone with him during the burglaries. the DEFENDANT did state that he did remember entering mr gambles ford f150 pickup. at that time i advised the DEFENDANT that his fingerprints were found on ms trice's chevrolet pick. the DEFENDANT stated he could not remember what he had taken FROM that VEHICLE. during this interview the DEFENDANT was very cooperative and he was advised the VICTIMs would be contacted in REFERENCE to waiving PROSECUTION due to fact that the DEFENDANT is possibly ELIGIBLE for a football scholarship. on 101310 at APPROXIMATELY 0900 hours, i returned to the lecanto high school to make contact with the DEFENDANT. i made contact with the school administration along with the sro. the sro and the school administration was advised that i was at the school to arrest the DEFENDANT due to the VICTIMs wanting to prosecute. i did make contact with ms damara douglas who is the mother of the DEFENDANT. i advised her i would be arresting her son in REFERENCE to both of these cases. i then made contact with the DEFENDANT and advised him he would be placed under arrest for four counts of BURGLARY to a conveyance and four counts of petit theft. the DEFENDANT was then HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) IN FRONT, PLACED IN THE REAR OF MY PATROL VEHICLE AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY where he was PROCESSED in. after processing he will be released on his own RECOGNIZES to the custody of his mother ms damara douglas.
