| Commentaries: | Comments According to offic1al documents on 1-8-2004 Hodgman pled guilty to the crime of Child Molestation in the first degree in Skagit County Superior Court and was given a term of 68 months in prison which was suspended on condition that he serve 6 months in jail and follow all of his release conditions. He sentence was revoked on 7-29-2005 for violations of his conditions. In August of 2003 Hodgman, age 22 sexually assaulted a 4 year old female who was unknown to him. Hodgman invited the victim into his apartment to look at his mouse and touched the victim on her breast area and asked the victim to touch his privates. Hodgman was interviewed and admitted his crime. Hodgman attended Sex offender treatment while in prison and disclosed several victims in which he had sex with peep on or exposed himself from his property. Hodgman is on active supervision for life with the Department of Corrections, Marysville Office 360-658-2150 No Contact with any victim either direct or indirect Obtain permission before traveling outside of the county of his supervision Prohibited from owning, possessing, receiving, shipping, or transporting a firearm, deadly weapon, ammunition or explosives. Shall have no contact with minors unless accompanied by a responsible adult who is capable of protecting the child, who knows of his conviction, and has been approved of in advance by his Community Corrections officer and Sexual deviancy treatment provider. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall not access the internet or e-mail by electronic divices. Shall not date or form relationships with adults who have minor children without prior approval from his Community Corrections Officer and therapist. Shall not enter bars, taverns or lounges Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not enter, view, or participate in internet or telephone chat or sex rooms, or dating services or internet social network sites. Shall not frequent places where children tend to congregate, including but not limited to shopping malls, schools, playgrounds, and video arcades. Shall not hold position of trust or authority over minors Shall not peruse, view, use or possess any porngraphic or sexually explicit materials, and shall not frequent establishments where such is available. Shall not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night. Shall not use, possess, consume any contrilled substances without a lawfully issued prescription. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. Shall submit to drug and alcohol monitoring and polygraph testing as required. |
