| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, McCorkle pled guilty to the Crimes of Rape of a Child in the 3rd Degree and Assault 2nd degree with Sexual Motivation and was given a term of 26 months in prison. The victim in the Rape of a Child crime was a 15 year-old-male. The victim had met McCorkle through a friend and had been to his apartment. McCorkle told the victim that he had been a massage therapist and gave the victim a massage. The victim stopped by McCorkle's residence at a late time and again McCorkle asked if the victim wanted a massage. The victim agreed and removed his shirt only. McCorkle gave him a massage and rolled over the victim onto his back and undid his pants and performed oral sex on the victim, who was afraid of McCorkle as McCorkle told him his was in the special forces and killed many people and children. In the Assault 2nd Crime, his victim was a 16 year old male who had known McCorkle for over 4 months. The victim asked McCorkle if he could sleep at the residence as he was ill from the flu. McCorkle stated that he could and gave him something for his flu. The victim went to sleep and awoke 1.5hrs later to himself on the floor and being sexually assaulted. McCorkle admitted that he befriends teenagers and give them marijuana, alcohol and prescription drugs. He also would cook for the kids and provide them with movies, pizza video games etc. McCorkle completed treatment while in the prison system. McCorkle is on active supervision with the Marysville office of the Department of Corrections for Life. 360-658-2150 No contact with minors. Shall enter into Community Sex Offender treatment. (Phase III treatment while in Community) Shall have no contact with any victim for life. Shall not access the internet or e-mail by electronic devices. Shall not date women nor form relationships with families who have minor children unless he receives prior approval from his Corrections Office.
