| Description: | Officer observed vehicle traveling with tail lights/ headlights out. Traffic stop was intiated and upon contact wiht occupants there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from vehicle. there 5 occupants and exited the vehicle and were detained. Upon further investigation a plastic clear bag containing a green leafy substance was found in the glove box. Field tedted positive for marijuana. No passenger claimed ownership of the baggy. Buds of plant were also found on the floor board of the back seat. |
