In 1986 RODRIGUEZ gave a ride to a twenty-year-old female and drove her to a remote area and forcefully raped and threatened her. In 1986 RODRIGUEZ also convinced a 22-year-old female to get in his car. He drove this victim to a dirt road and attacked her. RODRIGUEZ punched the victim, threatened her with a knife and bound her hands and legs before raping the victim. In Benton County in 1991, one week after being released from prison for the other rapes, RODRIGUEZ raped a woman in her apartment after threatening her with a knife, forcing her to remove her clothes and binding her hands. RODRIGUEZ is considered a predatory sex offender and has moved many times within the unincorporated area of Pierce County and the City of Tacoma. |
