| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Garner pled guilty to the crime of Child Molestation in the 1st degree and was given a term of 51 months in prison. The victim in this crime was 11 years old and Garner was 16 years old and the victim's babysitter. This crime was not reported until the victim was 17 years of age Garner admitted to sexually assaulting this victim. Garner had lived next door to this victim. Garner was released from prison on this charge on September 14, 2009. Garner was on active supervision when he again sexually assaulted two females ages 15 and 16. The victims had gone to a concert with Garner and once at home the 15 year old female fell asleep and awoke to Garner rubbing her private area over her pants. The 16 year old female had known Garner for over 6 years and reports that on at least 12 occasions he had touched her in a sexual manner. Garner during the assault of the 15 and 16 year old females, had given them beer and wanted them to drink more. Garner pled guilty to the Crime of Child Molestation in the 3rd degree and Assault 4th Degree with sexual motivation and was given 15 months in prison. Garner did not have enough time to attend sex offender treatment on his most current conviction and declined treatment on his first conviction.
