| Comments: | According to official documents Martin pled guilty in Clark County Superior Court on 06/26/2001 to one count of Child Molestation in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to 23 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Martin sexually assaulting the known 13 year old and known 14 year old female victims. Martin met both of the victims after engaging them in chat room discussions on the internet, emailing them and telephone conversations with them. Both of the victims invited Martin to their homes at separate times where Martin sexually assaulted them. On 09/27/1999 Martin pled guilty in Clark County Superior Court to one count of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes. He was given a suspended sentence and granted a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative and placed on two years probation. Martin?s SSOSA was revoked as a result of committing the above sexual assaults during the time he was attending community based sex offender treatment. He was sentenced to 280 days in custody to be served concurrent with his prison sentence. This conviction was the result of Martin sexually assaulting the unknown twelve year old female victim. Martin had met the victim the day before offending against her. While playing with other children Martin isolated the victim and sexually assaulted her. Martin did not participate in the sex offender treatment program through no fault of his own. Martin is not on active supervision at this time and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
