| Comments: | In 2003, Joshua T. MINEER was convicted of Child Molestation in the 1st degree. Official file documents indicate MINEER (age 17) sexually assaulted the 11 year old male victim when they were both incarcerated at a juvenile detention facility. MINEER was found guilty by jury trial of one count of Child Molestation in the 1st degree. In 1999, MINEER was convicted of Rape of a Child in the 1st degree.
