| Comments: | According to official documents Smith pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 04/28/2005 to one count of Assault in the Third Degree with Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to nine months in jail. This conviction was the result of Smith assaulting the known 17 year old female victim in a hall while attending high school. Smith fondled the victim during the assault. Smith participated in sex offender treatment as a result of this conviction. On 06/27/2001 Smith pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 15-36 weeks with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This sentence was suspended and Smith was granted a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative. This allowed Smith to particiapate in community based sex offender treatment. In this case Smith was babysitting the three known female victims, ages seven, four and three who were neighbors. Smith exposed his penis to the victims and had them touch it.
