The crimes involved the sexual assault of two young females (ages 10 and 11) when he was 13 years old. Both of the victims were known to him. Wildman used threat of physical force to gain the compliance of the victims. Since the original sex offense conviction Wildman has been convicted of numerous non-sexual crimes to include Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Based on his continuing criminal behavior he presents a clear risk to the community and this notification is required.
