| Commentaries: | Comments According of official documents, Burrows was convicted on 1-11-2007 of the crime of Rape of a Child in the 3rd degree and was given a term of 60 months in prison with credit for time already served while in jail. Burrows who was 21 years of age at the time of the crime molested a 14 year old female. His vehicle was parked in a posted no trespassing area and Burrows and the victim were watching a pornographic DVD inside the vehicle. Both were naked with Burrows lying on the victim. At the time of this crime Burrows was on supervision with the Department of Corrections for a different crime. Burrows was convicted of the crime of Child Molestation in the 1st degree on November 6, 1997 and was given a term of 8-12 weeks by Snohomish County Juvenile Court. He was granted a Special Sex Offender Dispositional Alternative and he was allowed to be treated in the Community. This was revoked for not making progress in treatment and he was ordered to served 12 weeks in a juvenile institution. The victim was a known 4 year old female whom he molested for over a two year period. While in prison for his current crime he did not enter sex offender treatment. He did enter into other treatment programs while in prison. Burrows is no longer on supervision. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm. |
