Narrative: Brooksville Police officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart located at 7305 Broad Street reference a retail theft. Upon arrival officer’s made contact with Wal-Mart’s loss prevention personnel who stated the defendant (employee) JUSTIN CHARLES THOMAS NIEDERHELMAN was on duty in the automotive department when he was observed selecting a box containing car speakers valued at $56.86 and exiting the store without paying for the speakers. NIEDERHELMAN was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. NIEDERHELMAN was terminated and trespassed from Wal-Mart. NIEDERHELMAN’s bond was set at $250 dollars.
