| Probable cause affidavit: | SUBMITTED BY: BERGEN, JOHN 0519 (ar11119042) did knowingly, willfully and feloniously be in the actual or constructive possession of a controlled substance, to-wit: COCAINE, in violation of Florida Statutes 893.13(6)(A). On 012811, This Deputy along with other members of the Tactical Impact Unit EXECUTED a lawful search warrant at the exact address of 213 South Washington Street, in Beverly Hills. The search warrant had been obtained earlier in the day and was signed by the honorable Judge Falvey. Upon the arrival of the Sheriff's Office SWAT team entry was made into the residence. Standing in the living room was a black female dressed in pink later identified as THE DEFENDANT, ms Karen Jarnagin. When DEFENDANT jarnagin saw the Deputies coming into the residence she turned and dropped a small bag of cocaine. DEFENDANT jarnagin was then taken into custody. Located in the kitchen was a black male identified as DEFENDANT, MR Steven Hemnarine. Located in the bathroom was the defendant, mr Cordell Griffin. As the other members searched I conducted a digitally taped interview with defendant JARNAGIN. DEFENDANT JARNAGIN WAS READ Miranda warnings AGAIN from A pre printed card and she advised that she understood her warnings and did wish to speak to me. I asked DEFENDANT JARNAGIN if she dropped a bag of cocaine when entry was made to the residence and she said yes. the cocaine was field tested and YIELDED POSITIVE for cocaine. DEPUTY PARSONS collected all evidence and turned it in to THE eoc evidence locker. DEFENDANT jarnagin was arrested for possession of cocaine. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $1,000.00 ACCORDING TO THE BOND SCHEDULE.
