| Commentaries: | Comments According to official doucments, McKenzie pled guilty on June 14, 2007 in Skagit County Superior Court to the crime of Rape of a Child 3rd. He was given a term of 36 months in prison. His victim in this crime was a 15 year old female whom he knew. On December 9, 1993 McKenzie was convicted of the crimes of Attempted Indecent Liberties and Burglary in the 2nd Degree in Snohomish County Juvenile Court. McKenzie was 11 years old at the time of the incident. McKenzie approached this 8 year old female victim who was at a playground, picked her up and carried her into the woods. McKenzie held down the victim in the woods and attempted to pull her underware down. McKenzie fled when the victim's brother went to get help. McKenzie was committed to a Juvenile Instution for 65 weeks for this crime. He completed Sex Offender Treatment while in prison. He is on supervision with the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections. 425-290-3200. Do not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Enter and successfully complete sex offender treatment. No Direct or indirect contact with victim or victim's family members. No contact with minors outside of family members. Shall not enter sex related business to include X-Rated movies. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consum alcohol. Submit to breathalyzer examination as directed. Submit to polygraph examination as directed. |
