| Comments: | According to official documents Reinke pled guilty in Wahkiakum County Superior Court on 04/22/2002 to one count of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and was sentenced to 27 months in prison. In this case Reinke met the unknown 15 year old female victim on a computer chat line. They exchanged numerous emails, some of which were sexual in nature. The victim?s mother found the emails and turned them over to police. A meeting was set up by police posing as the victim and Reinke arrived at the location and was arrested by police. Reinke admitted that his intentions were to engage in sexual contact with the victim and take photographs of her. Reinke refused to participate in the sex offender treatment program while in prison. Reinke is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
