The victims in his crimes were two known females ages 7 and 8. Kayser was released from prison on May 29, 2006. While on Supervision for his crime, Kayser committed over 25 violations of his release and was given a term of 193 days in jail. Kayser's violations consisted of living at a residence where minor children reside, failure to properly register, having contact with a minor aged child and failing to participate in sexual deviancy treatment. Kayser was also convicted of Felony Harassment in 1996. Kayser is no longer on supervision. Shall not purchase, own or possess any firearm, deadly weapon, ammunition or explosive. |
