| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents McFadden pled guilty in Whatcom County Superior Court on 02/05/2001 to one count of Rape of a Child First Degree and one count of Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to 131 months in prison for the rape of a child conviction and 41 months in prison for the child molestation conviction. These sentences were served concurrently. These convictions are the result of McFadden sexually assaulting the known male victim when the victim was 12 to 13 years old. McFadden also sexually assaultedanother known male victim from when he was 13 to 15 years old. Additionally, McFadden admits to a life long history of sexually assaulting numerous known and unknown male victims for which he was not charged with a crime. These additional victims range in age from as young as eight years old to adult. McFadden did complete sex offender treatment while in prison. McFadden is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville field unit (360)-658-2150, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions: Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Enter into and successfully participate in a certified sex offender treatment program as directed by community corrections officer Have no contact with minors Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Obey all municipal, county, state, tribal and federal laws Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO |
