| Comments: | According to official documents, Ogden was found guilty by jury trial and given a term of 115 months in prison on 1-27-1993 for the crime of Child Molestation 1st degree. The victim in this crime was a known 9 year old female. Ogden was also convicted of the crime of Rape 2nd Degree in 1969 in which Ogden pulled a 24 year old female into his vehicle and drove away. This victim attempted to get away from Ogden and was handcuffed to Ogden. This victim was then raped by Ogden. Again the victim attempted to get away and was assaulted by Ogden again and left in a wooded area. In 1964 Ogden was convicted of the crime of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor in the State of Iowa.
