| Details: | According to official documents, in July of 1999, Suel pled guilty to crime of Rape of a Child 3rd degree(1 count) in Snohomish County. Suel had sexual intercourse with two adolescent females ages 14 and 15 that he had met at a park and ride. In addition, Suel has an extensive criminal history as both a juvenile (15 convictions) and adult (26 convictions). Of those only two are sex related, both being for indecent exposure. Suel successfully completed Sex Offender Treatment Program while incarcerated. Suel has been diagnosed with mental health issues that contribute to his criminal behavior and increase risk to the community. Thus Suel is scheduled to have intensive case management through Compass Health, receive Chemical Dependency treatment, and continue Sex Offender Treatment through the Department of Corrections.
