| Comments: | In 2002, Kevin WayneHOUSER was convicted of Child Molestation 1st Degree. HOUSER (age 15) had coaxed a non-familial 3 year old female into a closet with him. HOUSER then exposed his penis to the victim and forced her to touch him in a sexual manner. HOUSER was able to gain the trust of the victim and her family by spending time with the victim and taking her for walks. HOUSER was originally placed on the Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative Program for this crime. However, he violated the conditions of this program after it was learned that he accessed sex phone lines and was viewing pornographic videos. HOUSER has also self-disclosed inappropriate sexual contact with numerous minors in his past, although no criminal charges have been filed in any of these incidents. HOUSER was initially resistant to the Sex Offender Treatment Program while he was incarcerated and refused to participate. However, he is currently in a community based Sex Offender Treatment Program and appears to be taking part in this program. HOUSER's sexual criminal history has led authorities to deem him as a LEVEL 3 sex offender.
