MR shepard moved to this location prior to verifying the address did not violate citrus COUNTY SEXUAL OFFENDER ORDINANCE 2007-01(3). on 1/14/2013 MR shepard was informed by the citrus county sheriffâs OFFICE, THE address he provided did not comply with the county ORDINANCE and he could not live there. mr shepard was given adequate time to secure other living arrangements and has since called the citrus county sheriffâs office to verify several valid addresses. on 1/31/2013 detective SERGEANT kanter called MR shepard via telephone and advised him again THAT he could not legally reside at the address he provided. as of 2/7/2013, MR shepard had not moved nor has he registered a different address, therefore it is INTERPRETED that he is willfully violating the county ordinance after BEING warned. on 020713, contact was made with MR Shepard at 321 S U S HIGHWAY 41, THE HUDDLE HOUSE, IN INVERNESS. during a non-custodial interview, MR shepard confirmed he was still residing AT 5295 EAST MUZZLE loader COURT, inverness, florida. a âd.a.v.i.d.â check revealed that his drivers license still reflected the address of 14529 sw 112th CIRCLE, dunnellon, florida, an address he has not resided at SINCE 1/14/2013. MR shepard was SUBSEQUENTLY ISSUED A NOTICE TO APPEAR (NTA) CITATION NUMBER 19034 WITH A MANDATORY COURT DATE OF 021413 AT 0830 HOURS AT THE CITRUS COUNTY COURTHOUSE. additionally, THE DEFENDANT WAS physically ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY (CCDF) FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING ON ONE COUNT OF FAIL TO OBTAIN A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR âIDâ CARD in violation of FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 943.0435.(4)(a), A FELONY OF THE THIRD DEGREE.
