| Details: | Kevin Patrick STOESER is identified as a high-risk sex offender who poses a significant risk to the community for violent sexual offenses. In 2002, STOESER was convicted of numerous sexual crimes, including Indecent Liberties, Sodomy, Attempt to Entice a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity, Production of Child Pornography, Possession of Child Pornography, and Carnal Knowledge. He was sentenced to 13 years' confinement at the US Disciplinary Barracks in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He was released from custody in 2011 but was returned to confinement six months later for violating his sex offender treatment instructions. On October 24, 2013, STOESER escaped from federal supervision, in Austin, Texas. The U.S. Marshals subsequently issued a warrant for his arrest for Escape. An additional arrest warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements was issued by the Austin Police Department. On May 12, 2014, the U.S. Marshals Service added STOESER to its 15 Most Wanted fugitive list. |
