| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Patrol Division reports that units responded to 834 Wood Dr in reference to a disturbance call. While en route to the address units were advised that the suspect at the residence had just broken a window and the female victim had fled. Upon arrival units made contact with Keyon Mobley in the front yard. Mobley refused to follow the officers orders and had to be restrained. Upon further investigation it was found that Mobley had shown up to his girlfriend's house (mother of his child) intoxicated. He demanded that she let him in the residence or he would do physical harm to her. While she was on the phone with 911 Mobley punched out her bedroom window. The victim feared that Mobley was coming into the residence and fled to a neighbor's house until officers got on scene. Mobley was placed under arrest for domestic assault, criminal mischief , and resisting arrest without violence. It was also found that Mobley had an active Hernando County warrant for failure to pay child support. Mobley was held at the Hernando County Jail under a no bond for domestic assault, $500 bond for criminal mischief, and a $500 bond for resisting arrest without violence. Mobley was also held on a $1160 cash purge per the warrant. |
