Personal Details

Date of birth: Dec 31, 1984
Probable cause affidavit: SUBMITTED BY: ANSTEAD, LAURA 0459 (AR13-5517) (13-59673) DID UNLAWFULLY HAVE IN HER ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE POSSESSION A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, TO WIT: METHAMPHETAMINE IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 893.13(6)(A). ON 050613 AT APPROXIMATELY 1130 HOURS, I RESPONDED TO 62 SOUTH LEE STREET IN REFERENCE TO A DISTURBANCE. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE DEFENDANT, MS KIRSTIN DRUCKERS, HAD ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE THE ADDRESS WHERE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES (DCF) HAD PLACED HER SON, WITH HIM IN HER CUSTODY. DCF WAS CONTACTED AND RESPONDED TO the RESIDENCE IN REFERENCE TO COMPLETING THEIR INITIAL INVESTIGATION, WHICH WAS STILL OPEN BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN UNABLE TO LOCATE the DEFENDANT. I STAYED ON SCENE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS CREATING DISTURBANCES WHILE THE DCF INVESTIGATOR, MR KIMBERLY HOLLIS WAS ATTEMPTING TO INTERVIEW THE WITNESSES. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT UPON INITIAL ARRIVAL, I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT the DEFENDANT HAD A LOT OF SORES AND MARKS ON HER BODY, WHICH WERE AN INDICATION OF USING METHAMPHETAMINE (METH). THROUGHOUT THE INVESTIGATION THE DEFENDANT ADMITTED TO USING METH AS RECENTLY AS THE DAY PRIOR. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET THE DEFENDANT TO SIT ON the FRONT PORCH OF THE RESIDENCE BUT SHE WAS STILL VERY ANTSY AND APPEARED AS THOUGH SHE WAS EXPERIENCING WITHDRAWAL FROM the USE OF METH FROM THE DAY PRIOR. AT ONE POINT, THE DEFENDANT WAS SEATED ON the FRONT PORCH AND HAD NOT SAID ANYTHING FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES, WHEN SUDDENLY SHE STOOD UP AND BEGAN YELLING AT THE DCF INVESTIGATOR AND THE FATHER OF HER CHILD, MR MICHAEL ALBRITTON. SHE BEGAN ACCUSING MR ALBRITTON OF LYING TO THE DCF INVESTIGATOR, AT WHICH TIME SHE THREW HER HANDS IN THE AIR RIGHT AS SHE WAS WALKING BY THE BUSHES IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENCE, WHILE ALSO YELLING CONTINUING HER TYRANT. PRIOR TO THIS HAPPENING, I NOTICED THE DEFENDANT WAS SEARCHING FRANTICALLY THROUGH HER PURSE. WHEN SHE THREW HER HANDS IN the AIR, A WHITE OBJECT CAUGHT MY EYE; HOWEVER, I WAS FOCUSED ON PREVENTING HER FROM GETTING TO THE DCF WORKER WHO WAS ONLY THREE FEET AWAY FROM HER. THE DCF INVESTIGATOR AND MR ALBRITTON CONTINUED TO INTERVIEW WHILE I CALMED THE DEFENDANT DOWN. I NOTICED THE DEFENDANT CALMED DOWN QUICKLY, SAT DOWN IN A PLASTIC CHAIR ON THE PORCH AS INSTRUCTED AND WITHIN APPROXIMATELY TWO MINUTES, PASSED OUT IN the CHAIR TO THE EXTENT HER BODY WENT LIMP AND SHE WAS SLUMPED OVER ALL THE WAY TO HER LEFT SIDE. THIS OCCURRED WHILE I WAS WALKING IN THE FRONT YARD LOOKING FOR THE OBJECT THAT WENT FLYING FROM HER HAND. I LOCATED A SMALL WHITE CANISTER, APPROXIMATELY THE SIZE OF A FILM CANISTER THAT HAD A YELLOW LABEL ON IT. UPON OPENING THE CANISTER, I OBSERVED SEVERAL CRYSTALS IN the BOTTOM, WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH CRYSTAL METH. I COLLECTED the CANISTER AND RETRIEVED A METH TEST KIT FROM the TRUNK OF MY PATROL VEHICLE AND TESTED A SMALL PORTION OF THE CRYSTALS. THE SUBSTANCE DID RETURN A POSITIVE INDICATION FOR THE PRESENCE OF METH. AT THIS POINT, the DEFENDANT WAS STILL PASSED OUT IN the CHAIR; HOWEVER, INVESTIGATOR HOLLIS, AS WELL AS THE CHILD’S FATHER, MR ALBRITTON, AND the CHILD’S GRANDFATHER, MR STEPHAN ALBRITTON, WERE ALL PRESENT AND SAW THE POSITIVE RESULT FOR METH. THE TEST KIT CONSISTED OF THREE AMPULES WHICH WERE BROKEN FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND THEN TURNED THE LIQUID IN THE POUCH BLUE, WHICH INDICATED A POSITIVE RESULT. IT TOOK ME SEVERAL MINUTES TO WAKE UP THE DEFENDANT. UPON DOING SO, I ADVISED HER SHE WAS BEING PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR BEING IN POSSESSION OF METH. THE DEFENDANT INITIALLY STATED THAT IT WAS NOT HERS; HOWEVER, WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I SAW HER DIGGING THROUGH HER PURSE, GOT SUSPICIOUS WHEN SHE CREATED the DISTURBANCE, AND SAW HER THROW IT FROM HER HANDS, SHE ADMITTED IT WAS HERS AND THAT SHE HAD A PROBLEM AND NEEDED HELP. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED IN HANDCUFFS (DouBlE LOCKED) AND PLACED IN THE REAR OF MY PATROL VEHICLE. SHE WAS THEN TRANSPORTED TO the CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY WHERE SHE WAS TURNED OVER TO JAIL PERSONNEL FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. HER BOND WAS SET AT $2,000.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE. IT SHOULD BE NOTED INVESTIGATOR HOLLIS ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD BE SHELTERING THE SON WITH the GRANDFATHER IN REFERENCE TO A PREVIOUS CASE.
