Comments: Kytta was convicted of three counts of Rape of a Child 2nd Degree in 1997. The crimes involved sexual contact with a 12-year-old female when Kytta was 15 years old. He was initially given a suspended sentence so he could complete sex offender treatment. That suspension was revoked and he served his required sentence with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. In 2002 Kytta was again found guilty of a sex offense. This time the crime was Rape of a Child 3rd Degree. This offense involved sexual contact with a 15-year-old female when Kytta was 20 years old.
