Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Singleton pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on -1/05/2004 to one count of Child Molestation in the Second Degree and was sentenced to 31 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Singleton sexually assaulting the known 13 year old female victim. On 01/05/2004 Singleton pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court to one count of Rape of a Child in the Second Degree and was sentenced to 120 months in prison. This sentence was suspended and Singleton was granted a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative. The SSOSA was not to be imposed until the completion of the 31 month prison sentence from the other conviction. This conviction was the result of Singleton Sexually assaulting the known 13 year old female victim. Singleton has also admitted sexual contact with seven additional known female victims ages 14-15. Singleton declined to participate in the sex offender treatment program while in prison. He will be on active supervision out the Marysville office of the Department of Corrections, (360) 658-2150, for 48 months and will have the following conditions of supervision Do not access the Internet on any computer in any location, unless such access is approved in advance by CCO and treatment provider. Any computer to which you have access is subject to search. Do not associate with known users or sellers of illegal drugs. Do not date women or form relationships with families who have minor children, as directed by CCO. Do not frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate, as defined by CCO. Do not initiate or prolong contact with minor children without the presence of an adult who is knowledgeable of the offense and has been approved by CCO. Do not possess or access pornographic materials, as directed by CCO nor frequest establishments whose primary business pertains to sexually explicit or erotic material. Do not possess or consume alcohol and do not frequent establishments where alcohol is the chief commodity for sale. Do not possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription. Do not possess or control any item designated or used to entertain, attract or lure children. Do not possess or control sexual stimulus material for yur particular deviancy as defined by CCO and therapist except as provided for therapeutic purposes. Do not pssess drug paraphernalia. Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night. Do not seek employment or volunteer positions, which place you in contact with or control over minor children. Do not use a false identity at any time on a computer. Do not use computer chat rooms. Have no direct or indirect contact victim(s) or families. Obey all laws. Participate and make progress in sexual deviancy treatment. Follow all conditions outlined in treatment contract. Do not change therapists without advanced permission of the sentencing Court. Participate in offense related counseling programs. Pay costs of crime-related counseling and medical treatment required by victim(s). Residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved by CCO. Stay out of drug areas, as defined in writing by CCO. You may not possess or maintain access to a computer, unless specifically authorized by CCO. You may not possess any computer parts or peripherals, including but not limited to hard drives, storage devices, digital cameras, web cams, wireless video devices or receivers, CD/DVD burners, or any device to store or reporduce digital media or images. You must subject to searches or inspections of any computer equipment to which have regular access. |
