| Comments: | In 1993 Gallardo was convicted of two counts of Lewd Acts upon a Child in Ventura County Superior, California. Only one of the counts involved direct sexual assault. The victim in that case was a 10 year old female that was known to him. As a result of the conviction he was sentenced to 3 years in prison. In 2006 Gallardo was conviction of Indecent Exposure in Lewis County District Count. This crime involved Gallardo exposing himself while driving his car. The crime was reported to WSP by a truck driver that witnessed the incident.
