| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Robnett pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 01/07/1993 to one count of Rape of a Child in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 146 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Robnett sexually assaulting the known four year old female victim while babysitting her. Robnett was convicted in King County Superior Court on 03/06/1986 of one count of Rape in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Robnett sexually assaulting the unknown adult female victim. Robnett met the victim at a bar. She and a friend went with Robnett to his residence to continue drinking. While there Robnett forcefully removed her clothing, physically assaulted her, inserted a piece of her clothing into her mouth to keep her from screaming, bound her arms, and then sexually assaulted her. Robnett pled guilty in King County Superior Court on 09/29/1976 of one count of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree. He was sentenced to 120 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Robnett sexually assaulting the unknown adult female victim. Robnett had been drinking at a bar over a period of about two weeks. One night at closing time Robnett attacked the victim and physically assaulted her and attempted to sexually assault her. The victim was able to resist as Robnett continued to physically assault her. Robnett pled guilty in King County Superior Court on 08/08/1974 to one count of Assault in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. This conviction was the result of Robnett sexually assaulting the known adult female victim. The victim was 7 months pregnant at the time of the sexual assault. As a result of his latest conviction Robnett was civilly committed as a Sexually Violent Predator and was confined at the Special commitment Center. Recently Robnett has been found to no longer meet the criteria of being a sexually violent predator. Robnett received an unconditional release and wa released from custody on 07/21/2010. Robnett has refused to participate in any sex offender treatment while in prison and while civilly committed. Robnett is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Everett Field Unit (425) 290-3200, for a period of 24 months and has the following conditions: Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not use , posess, purchase, or consume alcohol Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Have no contact with minors Have no contact with victim, or victim's family members for life Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Submit to random urinalysis, breathalyzer, or polygraph testing as directed Your residence, living arrangements and employment must have prior approval by the supervising CCO |
