| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Hill pled guilty to the crimes of Child Molestation 1st, Child Molestation 2nd and Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes and was given a term of 67 months in prison. Hill was a school teacher in a Elementary School in Seattle and fondled a female student ( 10-11 years of age) on numerous occasions. Two other students ages 10 and 11 were also his victims. Several other students between the ages of 10 and 13 reported inappropriate behavior by Hill. While in prison, Hill attended 14 months of treatment and will enter treatment upon his release from Prison. Hill is on active supervision with the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections. 360-658-2150. Shall Have no access to the internet or e-mail without approval of his Comunity Corrections Officer. Shall enter Phase III of Sex Offender Treatment within 7 days of his release from prison. Shall have no contctg with minors. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall hold no position of Trust/Authority over minors. Shall not consume controlled substances except pursuant to lawfully issued prescriptions. Shall not enter any sex oriented businesses such as peep shows, X-Rated movie theaters or Adult Book Stores. Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not enter places where minors are known to congregate without written permission from your Therapist or Commuity Corrections Officer. Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession, or under his control any firearm, deadly weapon, ammunition or explosives. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent/Legal guardian of Minor Children. Shall not travel South of 112th Street, Everett without written permission from his Commuity Corrections Officer.
