| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that units responded to 235 Pryor St in reference to a possible residential burglary in progress. Neighbors reported that several subjects had arrived at the residence that do not live there and were attempting to make entry to the residence via a side window. Lehia Gray was observed attempting forced entry by pushing in a window unit air conditioner. Upon the arrival of the first marked police units, Lehia Gray took flight. Officers gave Gray commands to stop but Gray ran into the residence. Officers and K-9 Unit “Titan” proceeded to the rear of the residence and took Gray in to custody as she ran out the back door. Other subjects remained inside the residence and refused to comply with multiple verbal commands to exit the residence. The residence was searched with the assistance of the K-9 unit, and Tanya N. Allison and Brandon A. Abdallah were found hiding under a bed on the second floor of the house. Allison and Abdallah were found to have multiple outstanding warrants for their arrest and taken into custody. The property owner arrived on the scene and confirmed that Gray, Abdallah and Allison did not reside there and were not invited guests. However, the property owner declined to press charges for burglary at this time. Gray was found to be in possession of a concealed stun gun and 5 pills of Cialis (prescription drug). Gray was arrested for the above charges and held at the Hernando County Jail under $1,250.00 total bond. |
