A HIT REQUEST WAS SENT TO PASCO COUNTY BY TELETYPE AND THEY RESPONDED ADVISING THAT HE DID HAVE AN ACTIVE VIOLATION OF PROBATION (VOP) WARRANT FOR THE ORIGINAL CHARGE OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI) WITH DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSON WITH A $5,000.00 BOND, REFERENCE CASE NUMBER 137377XBOTWS. AT THAT TIME, THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST, HANDCUFFED, AND ESCORTED HIM INTO THE DETENTION FACILITY WHERE HE WAS TURNED OVER TO THE CUSTODY OF CORRECTIONS CORPORATION OF AMERICA. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $5,000.00 PER THE WARRANT. AFFIANT HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS CASE. |
