| Details: | On August 18, 2013, Leo George CLICK, Jr.was driving on State Highway 35 in Refugio County when he allegedly crossed over the center line and collided with an oncoming vehicle, killing the driver and a 14-year-old passenger. Six other passengers in the two vehicles, including five children, were also injured. CLICK may have suffered injuries to his lower extremities.
