| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Arneson in 1987 his was charged with Statutory Rape in the 2nd Degree. The victims in his crime were assaulted between the age of 4 to 7 years and 9 to 13 years. Both victims were known to him. Arneson admitted to the assaults and received a diverted prosecution and on July 9, 1991 his case was dismissed as he was found to have completed all court ordered elements of his diversion sentence. On February 17, 2010 Arneson was arrested for being in possession of Child pornography. Arneson had rented a storage unit and failed to make his payments. His property was sold at auction and one of the subjects who bought his belongings found a box of pictures that depicted young minor females engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Arneson admitted that all of the pictures found were his and he pled guilty on April 10, 2010 and was given 14 months in prison.
