While there, he and others discussed stealing the victimâs four-wheeler. They even entered his shed to observe it as they discussed the theft. This defendant even pointed out that some parts were missing and may not run. He stated he was âready, willing and ableâ. They agreed to steal the four-wheeler. They left to take his girlfriend home and he was later kicked out of the vehicle prior to the theft. He was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Dwelling and held in lieu of $15,000. |
