| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that units responded to Cloverleaf Forrest in reference to a suspicious incident. Investigation revealed that Lyle T. Johnson went to his neighbor's trailer accusing her of calling the police during an incident earlier in the day. He entered the trailer uninvited and grabbed the victim by the arm and took her cell phone. Johnson threw her phone out of the trailer and he fled. This incident was witnessed by another person that was inside the trailer at the time. Contact was made with Johnson and he was taken into custody for burglary (with a battery). Johnson was held at the Hernando County Jail under a $25,000.00 bond. |
