| Capture details: | On December 3, 2014, Manuel OLTIVERO, a confirmed member of the Texas Mexican Mafia gang and a registered sex offender, was taken into custody without incident at a residence in Raymondville, Texas, by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force. In 1986, OLTIVERO was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault after an incident in El Paso County involving a 19-year-old female. He received a 45-year sentence in TDCJ prison and served 26 years before being paroled in 2012. While in TDCJ prison, OLTIVERO was involved in several incidents of sexual misconduct. He had also been convicted in the past on multiple counts of Burglary of a Habitation. OLTIVERO had been wanted by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Aggravated Sexual Assault).
