SUBMITTED BY: VIGGIANO, PAUL 0682 (AR11119530) DID CORRUPT THE PUBLIC MORALS, OR OUTRAGE THE SENSE OF PUBLIC DECENCY, OR AFFECT THE PEACE AND QUIET OF PERSONS WHO MAY WITNESS THEM, OR ENGAGE IN BRAWLING OR FIGHTING, OR ENGAGED IN SUCH CONDUCT AS TO CONSTITUTE A BREACH OF PEACE OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT, IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA'S STATE STATUTE 877.03. ON 022611 AT APPROXIMATELY 1820 HOURS, I WAS DISPATCHED TO 6631 S PLEASANT AVENUE IN HOMOSASSA IN REFERENCE TO A DISTURBANCE IN PROGRESS. UPON ARRIVAL, I MADE CONTACT WITH the COMPLAINANT/VICTIM, MS RHONDA JONES, WHO ADVISED THAT THE DEFENDANT, MR MARCUS KOEHN, HAD BEEN DRINKING ALL DAY AND THAT HE CAME OVER TO THE TRAILER AND ABRUPTLY OPENED THE DOOR AND WAS YELLING AND CURSING. THE SECOND VICTIM, MR DAVID JONES, THEN TOLD HIM THAT HE DID NOT WANT HIM IN THEIR RESIDENCE. the DEFENDANT DID WALK AWAY, HOWEVER, WITHIN ONE MINUTE, THE DEFENDANT WAS BACK AT THE DOOR AND AGAIN BARGED INTO THE RESIDENCE, CURSING AND YELLING. BOTH VICTIMS ADVISED THAT THE DEFENDANT'S BROTHER HAD TO INTERVENE AND PULL HIM OUT OF THE TRAILER. I THEN MADE CONTACT WITH the DEFENDANT WHO WAS SITTING OUTSIDE A SECOND TRAILER ON THE PROPERTY, YELLING, SCREAMING, AND CHALLENGING HIS BROTHER TO A FIGHT. I THEN PLACED THE DEFENDANT IN HANDCUFFS, DOUBLE LOCKED, AND ADVISED HIM THAT HE WAS BEING PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR BREACH OF PEACE. I COLLECTED A WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM VICTIM ONE, MS RHONDA JONES WHICH WILL BE TURNED IN TO RECORDS. DEPUTY DOWLING ARRIVED ON SCENE and TRANSPORTED THE DEFENDANT TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY SO I COULD COMPLETE BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $250.00, PER THE BOND SCHEDULE.
