| Reason: | Magallanez kicked in the front door of his ex girlfriends home inSan Lorenzo and robbed her of her HP Computer. The ex girlfriends two daughters were home with a close friend at the time Magallanez kicked in the front door. The oldest daughter attempted to prevent Magallanez from taking the computer, by pulling on several of the computer cords. Magallanez raised the computer tower above his head and threatened to hit the daughter in the head with the computer tower if she did not let go of the cords. Fearing for her safety, the daughter let go of the computer cords and Magallanez ran out of the residence with the Computer tower. Magallanez was last seen leaving this location in a newer model Black Chevrolet Silverado pick up truck with a ladder rack and a thin strip of red LED brake lights just above the rear bumper. |
