Commentaries: | Comments Abide by curfew rules as directed by supervising CCO According to official documents Kolberg pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 12/04/2001 to one count of Indecent Liberties with Forcible Compulsion. He was sentenced to 60 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Kolberg sexually assaulting the 19 year old female victim after he entered her bedroom while she was sleeping. Kolberg was attending a party at the victim's residence. The victim causually knew Kolberg as a friend of a famly member. Kolberg completed the sex offender treatment program while in prison but his progress was limited. Kolberg will be on active supervision with the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections (360) 658-2150 and wil have the following conditions: Do not enter bars, taverns, casinos, or lounges or any location where alcohol is the primary item for sale Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim. Do not posess or consume alcohol and do not frequent establishments where alcohol is the chief commodity for sale. Do not possess paraphernalia that can be used for ingestion or processing of controlled substances Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Enter into and successfully participate in a certified sex offender treatment program as directed by community corrections officer Enter into and successfully participate in counseling programs as directed by community corrections officer Enter into and successfully participate in domestic violence treatment program as directed Enter into and successfully participate in parenting classes as directed Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Must consent to DOC home visits to monitor compliance with supervision. Home visits include access for the purposes of visual inspection of all areas of residence in which the offender lives or has exclusive/joint control/access Notify CCO of any arrest or citations Notify CCO upon receipt of a prescription for controlled substances Obey all municipal, county, state, tribal and federal laws Obtain permission from CCO before changing residence or employment Participate in offense related counseling programs, to include Department of Corrections sponsored offender groups, as directed by the supervising Community Corrections Officer. Participate in urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmograph and polygraph examinations as directed by the supervising CCO, to ensure conditions of community custody. Pay all court ordered legal financial obligations and/or restitution as directed by Community Corrections Officer Pay cost of supervision fees to Department of Corrections as directed by Community Corrections Officer Perform affirmative acts as ordered by the court and/or Department of Corrections Register with the sheriff's offfice in the county of residence as required Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Your residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved by the supervising CCO.
